Red Square introduces Russian cuisine to the Jakarta marketplace, serving lunch, dinner and high end snacks from a kitchen/pantry. Red Square cuisine includes Russian caviar with toast points Chicken Kiev, Beef Stroganov, Beef Goulash, Seared Salmon and Beef and Chicken Shashlik.
